What's the point of succeeding if you can't enjoy the fruits of that success?
The Work I Do
I only take on a maximum of 4 clients at any one time, ensuring each receives the intensive, personalized attention this work demands. While this means fewer people can access my direct support, it guarantees that those who do work with me receive everything I have to offer and the best possible conditions for profound transformation.
I understand this puts my work out of reach for many people. If you're struggling and need support, I maintain connections with excellent therapists and coaches across different price points. Please reach out—I'm always willing to point people toward appropriate resources.
My focus now is on deep, foundational transformation with a small number of clients who have already achieved conventional success but find themselves asking "what now?" or "what's the point?" despite having wealth, influence, or recognition.
Who I Work With
You've ‘made it’, yet things aren’t right.
Perhaps success arrived but satisfaction didn't.
Maybe you're exhausted in ways rest doesn't fix, or feel empty despite having "everything."
You might be struggling with purpose, relationships, or the creeping meaninglessness that can accompany achievement.
Some clients are dealing with success's hidden costs—chronic stress that's taken a physical toll, relationships that suffered during the climb, or coping mechanisms that once helped but now limit. Others find themselves indecisive, anxious about aging, or disconnected from the driven person who built their success.
What you all share: you're ready to invest seriously—not just financially, but personally—in transformation that goes to the root of what's not working.
How I Work:
The Ground Up Framework
Most approaches dive straight into psychology. But here's what I've learned: long-term stress always affects the body first. Your nervous system holds the accumulated weight of every pressure, every sleepless night spent building your success and everything thats happened to you.
This is why traditional therapy or executive coaching may have felt incomplete—trying to work with the mind while the body remains dysregulated in the hope that a regulated mind will regulate the body.
I believe that psychological work depends on a minimal level of physical well-being, and your ability to connect with physical feelings and sensations, many of which we've learned to avoid.
So we begin with your physiology. Not because we are avoiding the deeper work, but because your body needs to feel safe before your mind can truly transform.
Body first:
Physiological — We always start with breathing. Not the dramatic social media version, but functional patterns that properly support cognition and stabilise the nervous system.
Once you understand how role of breathing in your recovery, we look at sleep quality. I’m trained to evaluate and help with snorning, sleep apneas and other sleep distruptive habits. I refer when necessary, but can resolve the vast majority of sleep issues.
Your improved breathing and sleep patterns together forms the basis on which we build optimal dietary, movement and attentional habits.
Psychological — Only when your body feels more regulated can we effectively address the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck. We work with the internal tug-of-war between who you want to become and the unconscious commitments to old protective mechanisms.
I believe that everything you want to change about yourself served a purpose at once time or another. Beliefs and habits only sustain if they achieved some level of protection in the short term. These mechanisms deserve some level of respect if they are to be updated or replaced with better strategies.
The framework guides but doesn't dictate—everyone's journey through these layers is unique.
The Journey
Each clients journey through my framework in utterly unique. The journey below is just an example.
Months 1-3: Foundation Building Weekly sessions establishing physiological foundations. This is intensive—you'll have substantial homework, primarily around breathing, sleep, and metabolic stability. By month three, you will be feeling some physical benefits, but at the same time we are cautious about recent successes and the illusion of long term fixes.
Months 4-6: Integration We expand into nervous system support and begin psychological work. You're experiencing the benefits of the foundations while gaining insight into deeper patterns. Still intensive, but you're developing autonomy.
Months 7-12: Deepening and Independence Session frequency naturally reduces as you build confidence. We're ensuring changes are genuinely integrated, not effortful. By the end, you have the tools and embodied experience to maintain what we've built.
This isn't the end of our relationship—beyond the 12-month program, ongoing support includes quarterly face-to-face sessions and quarterly remote sessions for up to 2 years, ensuring long-term sustainability of your transformation.
The 12-month structure allows us to focus on process rather than constantly monitoring for outcomes. Roughly 6 months to feel significantly better, another 6 to cement these changes.
Investment and Commitment
£45,000 across four quarterly payments. While payments are spread throughout the year, the reality is that most transformational value is delivered in the first 6-8 months—the later payments acknowledge this front-loaded intensity.
I'm always open to bespoke arrangements due to other commitments, location, or unique circumstances, as long as the objective of profound transformation is not compromised. The structure serves the outcome, not the reverse.
Your commitment matters more than the financial investment. Expect daily practices, homework, and consistent engagement. Progress requires carefully curated discomfort—whether breathing techniques that initially feel strange or conversations that feel vulnerable. My role is ensuring you understand the purpose of any discomfort and that you feel safe enough to explore it.
Complete Confidentiality
All work is conducted under absolute confidentiality. I work with public figures and those in positions of significant responsibility. Your identity and our work together will never be disclosed. NDAs written by me or your lawyers are standard practice.
This level of investment—both financial and personal—isn't right for everyone. But for those ready to commit, I offer partnership without constraint to ensure your transformation succeeds.
My private practice supports pro-bono work and a local pay-what-you-can Buteyko clinic for asthma, anxiety, and sleep disorders.
